Kingdom Buffet in Rochester

The food was pretty good. But how do you mess up macaroni and cheese? The fortune cookies were like rubber, they were stale!

So I am giving this a 2 star review not because of the food but the service, I had little to no complaints about the food. The problem I have here is out side it is 100 degrees, I get seated and drink I drink it relatively quickly not once the entire time I was here did I receive a refill, also no one would come take my old plates. As I walk up to the buffet there is one worker standing at the soda machine glued into his cell phone, across from where I am sitting there is another worker sitting a booth glued into his cell phone watching a movie very loudly. Very poor customer service, maybe put your phone down and take care of your customers. Even once I got them to come get my plate I asked for a drink and never received it.

Disappointed in the crab but other things were tasty. Have to use hand sanitizer before picking up plates and must wear masks around buffet...get to your table you can have it off while you eat. So if you struggle with masks know you wear it upon entering and every time you get food. We had an awesome waiter!

Kingdom Buffet has more than meets the eye of another strip mall, small cheeseball Minnesotan town buffet. Upon entry, one is drawn to wide open spaces filled with socially distant patrons. Have no fear the food here is well preserved and you will never run out of water to swallow it down with. In all seriousness, if the public health emergency was not a thing, I would continue to eat here as I did on a quarterly basis. It is good, diverse in options, and priced fair. Two Will and Chuck’s thumbs up!

There were a few items that were low and not so fresh, so I asked for them to be refilled, and they were very polite and made fresh right away and brought it to my table! Super awesome!!!!!!! Delicious 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
